Chief Minister Farmer Partner Scheme 

The farmers who have applied for this scheme and are selected as the beneficiaries of the scheme, if any kind of accident occurs during the work related to agriculture, they will be financially assisted by the government. This financial assistance will range from a minimum of ₹ 5000 to a maximum of ₹ 2,00,000 and this financial assistance will be directly disbursed to the farmers in their bank accounts by the government.

Objective of Chief Minister Krishak Saathi Yojana

The objective of launching the Mukhyamantri Krishak Saathi Yojana is that the farmer brothers will not have to depend on money for the treatment of accidents and can get immediate treatment. Under Mukhyamantri Krishak Saathi Yojana Rajasthan, farmers in Rajasthan will be able to become self-reliant and in case of accidents they can get proper treatment immediately without worrying about money. Due to this, their families will not need to take loans for treatment.

Benefits of Rajasthan Krishak Saathi Yojana 

• This scheme was launched in the state of Rajasthan on 24 February 2021 by the present Chief Minister of the state of Rajasthan Mr. Ashok Gehlot.
• Under this scheme, there is a provision to give benefits to the farmers.
• The scheme provides financial assistance in case of death of a farmer’s brother or if he faces disability due to an accident while doing work related to agriculture.
• The government has fixed the amount of financial assistance under this scheme at a minimum of ₹ 5,000 to ₹ 2,00,000.
• Farmer brothers have also been given the right to have a nominee under the scheme, so that in case of death of the farmer brother, his nominee can get the benefit of the scheme.
• The benefit of Krishak Saathi Yojana will be given to those farmers who have applied for this scheme and whose names have been included in the list of beneficiary farmers of this scheme by the government.
• Farmer brothers participating in this scheme will get the benefit of the scheme only if they file a claim within about 6 months after the accident. Claims made after 6 months will not be entertained.
• The money received under this scheme can be used by farmer brothers for treatment, where the money will be deposited in their bank account.
• Rajasthan government has fixed a budget of Rs 2000 crore for the successful operation of this scheme.

• Native farmers of Rajasthan can apply under this scheme.
• Farmers who are already disabled can also apply under this scheme.
• In case of death of the farmer, the beneficiary of the scheme should be the son or daughter or husband and wife of the farmer.
• Age of deceased or permanently disabled person should be between 5 to 70 years to avail the benefit of the scheme.

Application under Rajasthan Chief Minister Krishak Saathi Yojana

• To apply in this scheme and become a beneficiary of the scheme, the farmers first have to take photo copies of all their necessary documents and original documents to the Agriculture Department of their district.
• After going to the office of the agriculture department, one has to take the application for this scheme from the employees present there.
• Now you have to enter some information in their designated place in the scheme application.
• After entering the information in their designated space, you will also need to enter your signature in the specified space inside the Rajasthan Krishak Saathi Yojana application form. If you don’t want to sign, you can put a thumb impression.
• After signing or giving thumb impression, you have to attach photocopies of required documents with this application.
• Now you have to paste your passport size color photo in the space provided inside this application with the help of glue.
• Now you have to submit the application of this scheme to the concerned officer present in the agriculture department.
• Now your application will be scrutinized by the concerned officer and all your documents will be verified.
• If everything goes well, your name will be included in the Rajasthan Krishak Saathi Yojana.
